What are investment themes?
Ideas that run through many research notes at once, such as gold rising on central-bank buying or a supercycle in AI spending. FinChiefs reads published research from banks, asset managers, independent research firms and podcasts, labels each view with the themes it argues for or against, and counts the houses on each side.
How is agreement counted?
One vote per research house: its newest view on the theme in the last 60 days. Agreement is the share of houses on the majority side. A theme counts as consensus when at least 6 houses have a view and 70% or more take the same side. The counts are computed, not written by AI.
Which research houses are counted?
170 research houses had a labelled view in the last 60 days. Central banks and international institutions are not counted. Public pages show the types of houses only; members see each house by name, with its note.
Which instruments are shown for a theme?
Only funds, ETFs and indices that research houses name in their own notes, once at least 2 houses name the same one. FinChiefs does not select or endorse them. No prices are shown and no instrument pays to appear.
Is this investment advice?
No. Themes summarise what research houses argue. FinChiefs takes no view of its own. Instruments shown are the ones research houses name, not selected or endorsed by FinChiefs. Not investment advice. No prices are shown and no instrument pays to appear.
