European equities are getting a notably bullish read from recently published research, with one analysis ranking the region at the top of its global performance list.
The bull case rests on two stacking arguments. Researchers point to attractive valuations across most European industries, a healthy dose of investor skepticism that leaves room for upside surprises, and a constructive 6–12 month outlook that puts Europe ahead of North America. A separate published view frames it as a longer, structural story: rising German and broader European defence budgets, plus the need to retool key industries in response to geopolitical pressure and Chinese competition, should help pull the Eurozone out of stagnation over several years. A further strand of analyst commentary adds that strong corporate earnings and AI-driven capex support global equities broadly, with no recession trigger in sight.
The one near-term caution: a tactical view expects the DAX to open below 25,800 on Asian tech weakness. That's a session call, not a challenge to the medium-term thesis.
